The building is nice and the rooms are spotlessly clean and huge. the location is marvelous, really close to Woodward Park, "IHOP" restaurant, and a green area - couldn't be better. Plus, it's 500 feet from the lake.

I loved my room! It was super clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated having a variety of amenities available, like some nice scented candles. everything was awesome! 🌟

Staff was nice!!!
Leaky tub, breakfast was not as advertised, weak coffee. No amenities. Coffee maker and supplies I had to get myself from lobby. 1/2 outlets in room not working. Too many other hotels in area much better for alittle extra money. Won't stay here again.

Price I'd stayed here before and had a reasonable stay on that occasion.
The furniture was pretty beat up. The chairs at the table were black in color and covered with white stains of some kind. It was disgusting. The fabric was the kind that could have easily been cleaned. They just didn't bother. The air conditioning ran all night despite it being turned off. No answer at the front desk when we tried to get help. My daughter woke up with several bug bites that we are just praying are not the result of bedbugs in the room. The trash cans around the property were overflowing and the 95 degree heat made them very smelly.
